- Mach 3 Composites line of Carbon Fiber cases and covers undergo numerous inspections prior to shipment to assure your case is in the best possible condition upon delivery. MIIIC practices vigorous quality control measures to assure our products are only the finest for YOU. From its initial fabrication process all the way to finalized deliverable product. MIIIC uses only the highest grade of materials and strives for the finest Carbon Fiber product without meeting a high capital price point. Our goal is to make beyond reputable Carbon Fiber products with leading standards of customer service in mind. We have sold over 600 cases worldwide and have yet to disappoint with said practices.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We understand that when you place an order from Mach 3 Composites, you want it as soon as possible, and we do our best to make that happen! Most items we sell will ship within 48 hours of you placing an order, and many times even the same day if ordered early enough. Sometimes there are exceptions where products will take longer to process and get out to you. We try to communicate that or contact you once an order has been placed to make you aware. If you have any questions or concerns though, feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to tell you how quickly an order can ship.
Our products are stocked and shipped from our Central Connecticut location. If you have any questions or concern, shoot us a message. We do everything that we can to ensure an order is shipped out as quickly as possible.
Orders will be shipped FedEx, however Mach 3 Composites reserves the right to use an equivalent shipping method if necessary.
Generally if an order is ready to ship out, we'll update your order with the tracking # the night before. - Privacy & Security

- We think you'll love our cases, but if you need to return something, we understand. We want you to be completely satisfied with your product for as long as you own it. If your product fails due to defects in material or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Repair or replacement due to accident, improper care, or negligence will be performed at a reasonable charge. This warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property such as laptop, ipad, iphone equipment carried by our product, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any other implied warranties. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Our guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
All returns must have a return authorization number (RA #) issued by a Mach 3 Composites sales representative. Returns will be refused without an RA number.
You may return a product that is in like new condition with all of the packaging within 30 calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in all it's original saleable packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned.
Any products that have been opened and/or are missing some of the retail packaging, tags, etc will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
Any merchandise that shows signs of use cannot be returned.
Shipping expenses to send a return back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. Mach 3 Composites is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom orders cannot be returned.
Certain products may not be returned, they will be specified in their product page. - Return Process
Step 1
Make sure your return adheres to our return policy above.
Step 2
Contact us at (252)-772-9921 to request an RA #. Make sure to send your full name, order #, e-mail address, item(s) you'd like to return, as well as a reason for return. The purpose of knowing the reason is simply to help us know what problems our customers have so we can take appropriate steps to resolve them in the future. Let us know if you'd like to return or exchange the item for something else.
Exchanges can be made for any current item offered on our website for the advertised price. Exchange orders will be assessed any applicable shipping fees. If required, a Mach 3 Composites representative will be in touch to take payment for anything due over the exchange amount.
Step 3
Place all merchandise in a shipping box, you may use the original shipping container. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as shipping container or it's very likely that it will arrive damaged. Your RA # should be written on the outside of the box. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. Mach 3 Composites is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Ship the item(s) being returned back to us pre-paid.
Step 4
Once the return arrives back to us, we'll process the refund and contact you if any additional information is needed.
Damaged Goods
While we do everything we can to ensure orders are properly packaged, occasionally an item will arrive damaged. If this happens to you, contact Mach 3 Composites customer service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier (typically FedEx) and unfortunately is a time consuming process. We ask that you are understanding, and work with us to resolve any issues.
